Las Vegas is known for the wide variety of food in restaurants, but there are also some “locals” food festivals. Almost all of these occur in September/October every year. The list below are the ones I have been to several times and have occured pretty regularly over the last decade.
Las Vegas Greek Fest
We have been to this one the most and it is our favorite. Lots of traditional Greek food and desserts.
It is hosted on the grounds of St. John the Baptist Greek Orthodox Church.
Usually around September

Lobster Fair
This is our second favorite. Besides Lobster, there are other types of food. We used to really enjoy when they had a Thanksgiving dinner plate with Turkey.
It is hosted on the grounds of Christ Church Episcopal in Las Vegas.
Usually around October
Lebanese American Festival
We have been several times. There was a great variety of Lebanese Food and desserts.
It is hosted on the grounds of St. Sharbel Maronite Catholic Church in Las Vegas.
Usually around October
